Before I became the strategist that other women follow, I was the force behind the brands that became the standard in their industries. I didn't start this agency because I found some magical, overnight growth hack. I built it because I tried every single way to market a business, relied entirely on my hunger for knowledge, and figured it out through sheer grit.
I realized very quickly that the most successful founders aren't the ones spending their evenings trying to figure out Instagram Reels or email segmentation. The most successful founders are the ones who hire a team to handle the heavy lifting so they can focus on their actual zone of genius.
